rare belts certainly have their place and this one has great rolls for someone.

You are right. And under any pvp circumstance these belts will always be better to use:
Arach
Tgods
Dungos
Or the 10ias belt for Zon. Can’t think of its name of the top of my head.


For pvm, either of these belts would be better:
Arach
Gold wrap
String of ears
The piercing belt for zons
Tgods

only 1 good resist roll
24 fhr 54 life good roll

so basically 3 out of 6 good rolls on a rare belt

If trying to stack cold res, using arach is best so you have enough FCR to use a raven frost.

It’s very easy to Gm stack cold res, and arach helps so much to enable gear flexibility to not need FCR in other slots. After all, 1 raven frost reduces the cold damage you take by 40% alone.
