FYI the stats you listed are a bit off:
60k for Perfect ring fcr/25str/15dex/20life/90mana -
Max str is 20, max life is 40.
And unfortunately, FCR/str/life/dex are all suffixes so you can only have 3.
The tradeoff here is dex vs. life, and for an assassin, 15 dex = 45 life, so dex is better.
I don't know anything about BVC, but 15 dex is at least 75 AR, and at most 60 life if you need dex for gear (widowmaker?)
