Yes its basically a HLD circlet. 6500 - if you have that via pm just make a topic with "6500 leading". my advise is let it run until sunday night and sell to the highest bidder at that point.
coronet makes it lvl 39
20 all res makes it lvl 39 as well afaik

circlet and 15 all res would make it lvl 30.
