im level 10, brand new, seems like taking forever running around doing quests.

How do you level fast?

corruptions and select exp spots are best levelling methods. however at your level there isn't really much in terms of group content you'd be able to do.
I would suggest picking as many quests as you possibly can, town board, faction missions, main story, side quests from the town and go do every single one before going back.
Crafting gives lots of exp too, maybe farm a bunch of materials while you're out and craft them up.
