ISO 1 EUR Balance - Offer 300 fg

I just need a few cents to hit a price point, but the lowest gift amount appears to be 1 EUR*, also cross currency transfers don't seem to be available.
There is a 72 hours friendship delay, and additional delays for the gift transfer procedure.

*[EDIT] Just a reminder. Only newly and directly purchased balance can be gifted, and while according to the 'Balance Restrictions' page, the lowest purchasable amount is 1 EUR/1USD/1GBP, there is some debate on what the minimum gift amount can be.

Apparently it's 5 EUR.
