I am looking to see if its possible to use a battle.net gift card or balance to buy the Vessel of Hatred for PS5? And if so, how much would this run me in fg?

Unfortunately...Battlenet (PC) and PS5/PSN (console) are two different platforms. You cant use battle.net balance on PS5 store.

This is correct. You’ll actually, sadly, have to buy D4/Vessel for each system that you would like to play it on. Do not buy the fully upgraded xpac more than once. Your BNET account will hold the bonuses from buying their overpriced xpac across all platforms, but the game itself will not share across.
