I'm from Israel, and the currency that I see on Bnet is ILS. Can I still buy Euros or USD vs fg and use them to pre purchase the game?

LIMITATIONS

You cannot use your own Balance to pay for a Balance gift
You can only gift Balance to a friend that uses your same currency
You must be friends with someone on Battle.net for at least three days before you can send them a gift
Gifting Balance may be restricted for some payment methods or currencies.
