Would like to know where you get this math. Standard rate is 1500fg per every 10usd. D2R is $29.99 plus tax which makes it about $34. So really 4500fg and some change

It's on sale right now for $13. Even per your rate, that would make it ~1950 (1500 for $10. and 450 for the other $3).
