I'm aware there's a 3 day lockout on Battle.net balance, but is it the same for gifted expansions?

If so, disregard my ISO.

EDIT: I've learned there is a lockout on gifted expansions. If there's a way to instantly gift me CAD balance, I'll consider those offers.
