This is my first bnet balance trade as well
The way it works is that we become friends on battlnet and wait 72 hours.
Then, the mediator will send you a link so they can hold the fg, then I will send the 10usd balance, and will pm you and the mediator the confirmation number from battlenet.
Within a few minutes Battlenet will send you an email to claim the gift, and once claimed you confirm to the mediator to release the fg.
Its not too complicated, just takes a little time
