I thought there was an issue with gifting this game or sending financial gifts to other countries. If I am wrong and am able to do this I will get you all 3

ok so after the 3 days with someone, I can update and tell people what happens with this :

1 - ) -> You can't gift Vessel of Hatred cause Bnet needs to check your basic D4 game key and update it , and its not possible via gift to check another account

-> Only the game owner can buy an Extension / DLC for the game (and I guess its same for every bnet game)

2 - ) -> You can't send balance to someone from another country (or maybe region) , you need to use the same devise (only USD to USD for example) because every country don't pay the same price for the same games (some ppl are fkd if they are poor in ''rich'' countries lol)
