First time using service not looking to over spend

Is the account named and what is it ?
How long does it take to get the keys or to start playing?
I am a Blizzard app users but I do have steam but again never done anything with gifting or trades on them.

I can do 4.1k for the Warlock DLC but here's the thing:
you need to have the
base game, you need to have a good standing active account with that base game ( meaning
you can log into and accept DLC gift from that account ) and there is also no way around waiting the 3 days period, unless you already had the person added already, previously for at least 3 days.
there is really no way around that waiting period.if you want to do this I can do one DLC for one account, 4.1k fg.
edit: realized you want the base game with it, so that means you need the Infernal Flame collection I believe which includes the base + Warlock DLC. i'm not able to do this one, let me know which it is that you need.
