So, I want to move some eth that I have from binance to trust wallet.

When I try to do that using erc20, I have like 200$ worth and its asking me to pay 20$ in fee.

So I tried to send a small amount using the BNB network.

It was much much cheaper but when I got the eth in my trustwallet

It says - "BEP2 Binance-Peg Ethereum"

What does that mean? Can I transfer over the rest of my eth using this much cheaper way or is this something else?

Just make sure whenever you transfer the BEP-2 Ethereum , it is to an exchange that accepts BEP-2 like Binance

Means the Ethereum is wrapped in Binance’s blockchain rather than Ethereum’s. Should have the same value as regular Ethereum. You just won’t be able to convert it to ERC-20 tokens without converting it from BEP-2 back to Ethereum through binance or a swap

If you’re just holding Ethereum as an investment rather than trading it for other tokens it’ll be fine
