Hi, first time posting on this sub forum. I've recently donated to The Ocean Cleanup which is a non profit looking to remove millions of tons of trash from the ocean and it feels great donating to a cause like that so it got me thinking if there could be a publicly traded company that does something similar.
I'm currently long on a position with $gdnp which is a plant based packaging/utility company and I truly believe that companies that center their business model around bettering the environment are ones worth investing in. So I was just curious if anyone had a company in mind.

I would caution that many ESG are scams and horribly unprofitable businesses or they're extremely dependent on subsidies to maintain

Personally I have been very successful with $hut

Not sure your take, btc is certainly controversial in the ESG space...

$hut uses solar panels to power crypto miners in an undesirable part of Canada, it's not exclusively solar energy, also big into the "women in stem" and "women in executive roles" areas as well.

No such thing under capitalism.

Profit is always first, everything else is marketing.
