What are we thinking about Evergrande?

IMO it's not going to be world-shattering like Lehman unless it crashes the entire Chinese housing market.

And it may well crash the entire Chinese housing market. I've been hearing about for 10 years how China's housing market is the largest bubble in the history of capitalism.

no one knows for sure.. right now its definitely making ppl fearful. Likely a small pump in the road. Could be a large bump who knows? But yesterday's red in the US market was from ppls fears of
evergrande defaulting shit might hit the fan.


CCP will come out as winners on this no doubt they will create a stronger grip on the Chinese market. Would be interesting to watch China let the to big to fail actually fail like I wanted to see in 08.

I've sold off my relatively sideways trading long term plays, can buy back for essentially free in a few weeks if things blow over. Just holding onto my GMEme for solidarity at this point.

Hopefully my managed funds are OK.

I have only one share of GME which I have just for the meme... my price basis is so low that IDC of its value.

well chinese markets fully open on Thursday. This is definitely interesting to watch what will happen
