yea ive been really busy lately with work and missed the increase of the tax proposal or w/e.

wish i woulda have known i would have cleared my portfolio.

this. stock market will likely continue to go down too.

this isnt a political subforum but when the US president signals the intention to do a +50-100% tax increase at every capital gain tax tier people are going to harvest before it goes into effect, especially after a major bull run

but why!!! stock goes up, it's just less free money!!

yeah no joke huh. unless youre born in the right family or whatever, or you go into politics. then you’re exempt from this. otherwise then its every person for themselves

i wasn’t always like this, but as i get older the more the “f u ill get mine and then donate to my local charities and take care of my neighborhood” becomes more and more rewarding

Yes care for the ones immediately around you, no government really cares about the average person. They do just enough to keep us calm and obedient
