BTC's value as a premise is based on it as a store of value. The quantity is finite. It has the benefit of being the first adopter.
ETH's value is based on it as a store of value, as well as the applications that can be run on the platform. E.g. Decentralized finance. If I had to choose one crypto, I would probably want my money here.
Dogecoin is a joke and should be avoided unless your goal is to go broke by 30.
So doge is troll,
Eth and btc was wondering the major difference
So far my understanding is that you have a decentralised crypto currency that survives only from the hype/trust/value people decide to put into it. If tomorrow Elon tweets something bad about it it will dip in value. Highly volitial but liquid. Wonder whom you sell to? Let's say you seen your investment mature and you are ready to sell
