I am looking to invest but wondering about options right now in this market...

Buy a house/4 or 8 plex and rent it?
P2p lending?
Robinhood and buy more stocks?
Buy a business or franchise?
Go all bonds and securities?

Then again waiting for the next president might be a better bet?

What do you all think? Or what are you investing in? Do you invest?

I do want to own an apartment complex
Then put solar panels on the roofs to help the electrical costs for the renters
I don’t wanna like be the manager but you know
I think it would be cool to have a duplex or something to rent out for people.

If you have money Major sectors like S&P500, Nasdaq, DowJones Dollar cost avg in, and hedge with Bonds and securities is a saver bet if you dont know what your doing. Dec 24th Gave everyone a gift today if you cost avg in etc

Invest time in becoming a minimalist and be willing to get eaten in the wild at around 45 to 65

Then live like you're dying

Best investment a young man not looking to hit 100 years can make in himself

Well kinda of had a dream to own land and build a tiny house totally green and be off the grid, but I ran into issues with city ordinances limiting what you can do with the land...

There is always a way

Might take some work maybe a move maybe a little more time but live the dream as soon as you can then dream more then do that

Your life your dreams your responsibility to make them reality in one way or another

Dont crush his dream too much , he thinks changing presidents will impact his investments.
