I don't wish to own land I enjoy sharing it

owning housing makes me feel chained and renting it out is a burden I'm not interested in

Every person must live on real estate owned by someone. Land, roads, houses, apartments, etc all exist on deeded real estate upheld by the rule of law.

I choose to spend most of my time on the pieces that I own. I hate that in an apartment or rented house, a landlord can burst in at a moment's notice. Privacy is too valuable to me for that.

renting it isn't that bad

I do my own repairs and I'm not gonna fish out tampons and toy dinosaurs at 11pm because people don't understand toilets

don't rent to people with kids

I'm not fishing out Daltong's misplaced contraband either

well in 5 years ill be living for free for the rest of my life as long as i have sum1 paying me rent....

and i could charge more... which i should but im currently helping people that need it

That is why a lot of people require good credit, references and a decent income. You only rent to meth heads when you have pos trailers (they go down in value no matter what shape they are in)...
