I'll wait for my dividends and then consider it if it hits 540-550. There are already a shit ton of jailbroken iphones in China so I expect it will take atleast 4-6 quarters to see if they will experience a big jump from the new quadrants in China.

Yes, that's exactly my thoughts on it. It will probably have some real growrth within 2 years. You'll see that 540 I would wager. Even one percent of their 700 million smart phone users will be seen though. And that growth will be telling with period.
