I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this or not, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post it here.

I'm looking to start trading stocks and stuff online, but I'm not sure which online broker to sign up with. I'm trying to find a site that will let me trade stocks, options, and penny stocks/pink sheets. Currencies and access to foreign markets would be nice as well. My biggest problem is that a lot of the websites have a minimum deposit when you open an account that I'm not quite ready to front for online trading. I'm fresh out of college and just started a full-time job not too long ago, so money is still a bit tight and I'd like to start with just a few hundred dollars if I can.

Would you guys happen to have any suggestions?

personally i wouldn't bother with just a few 100's. with that said good luck and i'll hope we can discuss the stock markets more on this forum

Yeah, I understand that even with just a few hundred dollars even a high return won't yield much in actual money, but at the very least I figure I could invest in a few ETFs and (hopefully) make more out of the money than I would by letting it sit in a checking or savings account in a bank. It's also not a whole lot to lose if I do decide to try something with a lot of risk involved.

So far the ones that have caught my eye are Zecco, Tradeking, SogoTrade, and ShareBuilder. Anyone happen to have any experience using them? Were they as good as advertised?
