I was tempted to buy some random bank shares, but decided against it.. maybe I should have though..
Summer time is hard to judge on how stocks are really doing

where can I buy stocks? also is there in way to start with a low minimum investment, and wait for stocks to either split or mature enough to be able to pull out and re-invest, repeatedly.
