Wanted to share a recent experience that really meant a lot to me—
A guy I’ve been gaming with on Discord (we play D2R together) reached out about buying a home for him and his family—despite living several states away. I was able to help him from start to finish: connecting with a lender, identifying the right property, negotiating the deal, lining up inspections, and guiding him through every step of the way.
The house he ended up getting is truly amazing—perfect for what he and his family needed—and being able to help make that happen from a distance was one of the most rewarding parts of my year so far.
Cool reminder that real connections can come from anywhere—even from grinding D2R LLDs late at night.
