How do I find out the quality of a real estate developer's construction?

I recently just bought a presale condo. The developer (Keltic) is very new, I have never heard of them. I am just wondering if there is some way for me to assess the quality of their buildings.

I thought about going to their website, and I did, and I got the names of a few of their previous projects. I then looked these up in google. But I am just wondering if there is a better way to assess their competence as a developer.

Thanks.

Sorry Jessiwan, all new builds are low quality

Cutting corners and expediting development is the name of the game nowadays

You pay for a third party inspector to evaluate and provide you a written report describing any defects in workmanship on what you have purchased before you take ownership and after the government entity issues a certificate of occupancy to the builder/seller. Vet your own inspector, don't trust your agent or the builder/developers recommendations.

Thank you sir, this is really good advice. I will take it to heart.
