World turbulence is inevitable, while a poor financial choice from a numbers perspective, once I decide to relocate, I will undoubtedly outright purchase a home, no mortgage. Qualitative reasons outweigh the quant, a good nights sleep is easily worth the extra passed on ROI when you already have a sizable nestegg in the market anyways.
I agree bro. As i get older, i value ‘peace of mind’ way more than when i was younger. I try to minimize everything that i have to worry/think about.. and that results in way better mental health.
