Good lord brother. What rate are you getting?

I haven't dabeled in Margin since the covid dip.

My platform is 5.75% on 100k and over. I'm really not interested at that rate. During covid when it was low there was ample opportunity.

i'm mostly in reits tho so its a comfort play

I used to do it on Canadian banks that have an okay yelid. I'm in the highest tax bracket now though so I have to really calculate out plays on securities that have distributions.

there was a time when they were at 6-7% yield which would've basically just been printing money from nothing.
