Hedge your investment with a short position. They just announced an investigation for Medicare fraud and will most likely find it and fine them. There are multiple clinics using homeless and elderly to run multiple irrelevant tests just to charge the Gov't. The amount fined will be a slap on the wrist based on how much revenue they generate. Make your money back as it slides down while you wait for it to go back up. Also try using stock lending if you are long. You'll charge interest just for letting traders borrow your stock.
