Incorporating a company takes 15 minutes and a few signitures at a lawyers office. Lawyers have number companies on hand that you can quickly just name change, sign some share certs and register.

Or am I missing something in that screen shot?

Basically it means their putting lots of time and money into this token to make it actually worth while and if you refer to my previous post they have some fairly heavy developers that are interested in working along side them. I don't see their platform ever being as big as Steam by any means but along side Epic Launcher or Battlenet? Sure. Most of the tokens I've seen have business "ideas" but they never actually fully go with it.

I don't think incorporating a company signals any of that I mean Betty the potter incorporates on a whim all the time because Tom said being a sole proprietor is risky.

Incorporating is just a daily routine task for many entrepreneurs because they think they have to for liability reasons or they got some type of information saying it's tax advantaged.

It takes very little time and usualy runs you about 500 to 800 dollars.
