You could lie but there's not much sense to that other than appearing rich which I could care less about or being embarrassed about what you might call a loss and be ridiculed by the trolls

People can do whatever they want with their money and everyone has an opinion on value and overall management

Im personally disinclined to invest in anything other than myself for somewhat philosophical reasons so what you consider a gain or loss is nearly irrelevant to me for many factors I doubt we share in common, which (for me) boil down to what ill call our lifes focus or in other words the things we apply our time on earth to acquiring or achieving
