Brokerage assets. I have zero debt, maybe 120K or so in depreciable assets, boat, skidoos, atvs and we own nothing else. As part of my job i'm given a 3 bedroom home and garage and truck at almost zero cost and as a result i've had no incentive to purchase a home.
