Wife and I are still 100% fully invested.

Ready to shrug my shoulders to the impending drop.

No margin anymore. Our net wealth increased over 500K so far this year off non-margin investments. I don't bother with the risk of margin anymore, were in a very fortunate position where its no longer needed. The snowball is rolling. Took years to exceed 1M, took no time to exceed 2M, combination though of earnings maturity and a market that cant seem to lose steam.

Granted this year has been an outlier.

Babies might ruin our dual income though!

Lol babies are a bomb to wealth but still worth it and you’re in a great spot!

That’s nice because then you can always use margin to invest on any dips despite being 100% in

What's your brokerages current margin lending rate?

I've considered moving over to IKBR for a while now.

Royal Circle Investment Account (Non-Registered)

If debit balance (margin) is: $CDNC D N [%] $USU S [%]
$100,000 and over 7.25 9.00
$50,000 to $99,999 7.75 9.50
$25,000 to $49,999 7.75 9.50
$0 to $24,999 8.00 9.75

While yes tax deductible, still pretty high rates for me to be using it.

Looks like a spread as well

Wells Fargo

0-25,000 10.1-11.7%

Lot in between

1,000,000-2,499,999 5.8%-6.1%

2,500,000> 5.6-5.9% I’m not here but this is max bracket

I'd have to see some significant pullback from here. Or a sector that's over punished but its there. Crazy to think we're only a few weeks out. Time has flown the past few years.
