Currently up 30%+ since Aug 5 dip … ill prolly set my stop around this level to guarantee my profits while watching it run for a bit more

This whole year my learning goal was to be not greedy and learning to take profit properly

Core:
MO / ENB / ORI / META / CPX
- Starting to sell covered calls on ORI and MO.
- Plan to start opening a position in BTI.
- Opened a position in VZ at $33 and $37, will keep buying anything under $45.
- I like CNI and BBY, ticked off that BBY crushed earnings.
- CVS looks incredibly cheap.

Speculative:
EOSE / GTII.CN
- EOSE is on a tear right now. Blew up way faster than I anticipated, selling calls and don't mind if I get called away. Long-term it could get bought out for a few billion, or fall into any one of the dozens of pits along the road to profitability. The Cerberus funding deal is ugly but there was other way through.
- GTII is making money, and that's something pretty much no other cannabis stock can say right now. Almost as much cash on hand as debt, which is pretty crazy.

I am thinking markets are getting a little frothy again. With that in mind, I'm making a few changes to my portfolio:

- Dumped my Nvidia. Pretty confident that the crazy gains we've seen won't continue further, so I'm taking my 200% profit. If I'm wrong, then it's still such a heavy weighting of the index that I win.

- I am strongly considering investing in copper; either the copper miners or an ETC tracking the spot price, haven't decided yet. The price of copper has fallen from its high this year, and demand is expected to double in the next 10 years in light of its extensive use in renewables infrastructure and electronic devices.

- Another change I'm making is upping REIT exposure from 5% of the total portfolio to 8%. This is purely a value play as there is a lot of room to go. Commercial real estate tenancy rates in the long term are a concern, but valuations are already heavily discounted for this risk so it's a perfectly splendid play in my book.

- I bought Crowdstrike just to get in at a more attractive price. Who knows if they recover from the PR disaster but the likelihood that they do is greater than not.

No other changes.
