Nice thanks

Have you actually bought coins, received them and ended up sellng them?

I bought some small incremenets of litecoin, but I still have not received them for 8 days, and was thinking of making a big purchase soon...

wanna know how safe and soon it will be.

Also during the time you are waiting (the 8 days or whatever), can you sell the coins?

If you purchased on coinbase it should show under "Accounts" under the "pending" section of expected delivery date.

Credit card / debit card purchases are instant but bigger fees
Bank account transactions are slower with less fees

Right, just use it for the free $10 (referral link) and ease of verification. Then transfer it for free for GDAX and use GDAX as main fiat->crypto conversion.

if you care about 5% fees to save yourself however many days - you're not holding the right coins imo.

also appreciate that paying a % commission and paying on the spread is absolutely no fkin different..

The opportunity cost between fees and time can be argued in both directions. The market is volatile enough to catch the dips, so I'd rather pay less fees. Especially if you DCA.

Hey whats the lowest fees of the exchanges?

Coinbase for 1k bitcoin is like 15 bucks... and to sell is another 15 bucks

that seems like a lot to me.

You can trade on gdax with 0 fees as long as you use limit buy/ sells.

You can trade alt coins on binance with 0.1% trading fees.

Anyone feel a drop coming in btc? I sold my trading stack for now, looking to buy back in after CME futures are out.
