Nn to use the actual 20x20 for anything except storage.
Not like you can manufacture anything in it.

Outsource that stuff.

get a small can, plaster of paris, a 1 inch black iron pipe nipple, a propane torch, 1, 5 and 10 troy oz graphite molds, some stamps and safety gear.
collect scrap electronics, salvage gold, buy gold/silver jewelry, forks etc. when you can purchase at less than 3/4 current price of such metal.
melt down your shit when you get enough and start a small scale refinery. best profits as far as small businesses go.

So far this is what I'm leaning towards. I love PM commodities (silver/gold) and could probably purchase a small enough electric furnace/torch to do small scale stuff in my garage (or right outside of it).

Don't know that I'd try to refine metal from junk electronics as the cost of the chemicals needed to extract the metal from the boards ect would outweigh the profit from whatever I extracted. I wouldn't be opposed to buying gold under spot price; melting it into various forms (bars/coins/figures) and reselling them at near or above spot.

I'm glad someone else has knowledge of similar prospects as I find the idea quite interesting.
