lil pump at the end. glad i'm not trading rn. scary

I'm holding, and have been holding about 120,000 in HXQ since Jan last year, up 50% ish throughout 2023, a solid 1.1% drop today which was NOT a good start to 2024.
Was at 1.5% around 12 PM today.

Going to pull out of the tech market a lot though, i got my gains last year.

Election year seasonality is a pretty flat jan/feb with a march /April dip followed by another October /November dip. Overall the 2nd best year in the 4 year cycle , best being pre election year

From my readings I'm inclined to pull out of HXQ, lets see how it does today.
Might just throw it in something a bit more safe like XGRO or even XEQT for a bit more exposure.

Volumes have been largely shallow, dont think people are mass buying

At this level gonna take something really profound to break higher imo

What do you mean? Why not buy at the top? Why not buy without any consideration at all as soon as you have money in your account? Statistics certainly show that buying consistently without consideration for market conditions and trying to time the market provide the best results compared to those that do try to time the market.

Is this THE ATH or something? That's only been said every single time there's an ATH and since the market has only gone up its been nothing buy ATH's.
