2018 blew up an options account , lost 6 months of savings in a week and didn’t have a lot then

Probably was depressed for a bit, extremely embarrassed

Options are designed to lose money so exclusively trading them is very risky, a lesson I learned

Trading shares isn’t as exciting , nor is selling options for premium, but it’s much less stressful and personally a strategy that has worked for me to actually make money in the market

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, live to trade another day

Yeah shares are not exciting but you don’t have to worry about exact timing. Options you have to guess direction, magnitude, timing , too many variables that ALL have to go right or you lose, and lose heavy

Studies are out that long term organ viability is increased using these devices, and decreased post organ transplant infections
