Ive noticed a significant rise in offerings of covered call blue chip ETFS. High management fees, luring a lot of financially illiterate investors seeing a 13% + yield all while the fund gets completely ground down and your net return is garbage.

TRB was a clear short down -30% in 24h. my santa presents are paid alrdy

2018 blew up an options account , lost 6 months of savings in a week and didn’t have a lot then

Probably was depressed for a bit, extremely embarrassed

Options are designed to lose money so exclusively trading them is very risky, a lesson I learned

Trading shares isn’t as exciting , nor is selling options for premium, but it’s much less stressful and personally a strategy that has worked for me to actually make money in the market

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, live to trade another day
