Well remains to be seen how market deals with these conflicts. Energy WAS heading back down especially oil which would have been deflationary and good for our beloved tech stocks. Last Friday really looked like a bottom with put call spiked, vix tagging resistance, 3 % reversal and swing in major indexes from bottom to top. With peace deal about to fall will see,Monday will be very interesting. Bond market is closed on Monday so you will get a good gauge on how these global conflicts are affecting market without noise from yields

Expected oil rise

Markets holding up better than expected tho

Ofc bond market is closed today so chaos might just resume tomorrow but my money is closer to a near term bottom than rather than significantly farther downside

This past year or so, outside my normal indexing, I have been allocating a portion of bi-weekly buys into Canadian banks. Certainly my 12 months returns and really my 24-month returns have been nothing to write home about these past two years.

Id be curious to see the absolute latest consumer spending reports in China. I have flipped JD in the past at around this level back in 2018/19. It wont take much for a trend reversal if there's reports of increased consumer spending after China's lengthy lockdown.

I won’t mind it

I have a lot of international exposure and China has been the actual biggest let down
