considering the size of netherlands which is 41,543 km², and that it's being 2nd food exporter in the world next to usa which is 9.834 million km²,
and considering france is 100% self-sufficient and could in theory stay cut out and isolated, I imagine europe would find a way :) due to trading deals with asia and america which makes import cheaper than buying own products, europe has majority of fields being empty, unused and useless. that would change in a day.
