Crypto mining was a huge part of their revenue

people aren't seeing it coming
but when you realize subprimes crisis was an energy crisis (oil spike was 2006-2007 and not only oil btw)
and you realize miniaturised chips are like the best way to make sure these things won't ever be recycled
