Don’t know why it has sold off this leg as opposed to April and may falls when it held firm at support. This shit was couple dollars from
ATH just Couple weeks ago

Idk if just finally getting grouped in with tech maybe someone else can provide insight but

There's still another 8% to go before the world stock market is back at Feb 2020 levels, and about double that for the US. Think there will be a further drop of 5-10% as a result, but current prices relative to earnings are decent, so I'm happy to put more in right now even if it drops a bit more

Since they shuttered their AI modeling I think it might be? What's their current exposure to housing prices? If interest rates cause housing to stagnate do they still have a future?
