I remember paying $24 for a bitcoin. I then got my account hacked into on the exchange and lost it, at the time I was like meh.

I got 1.639 bitcoins on another site, when they were around 1$ per. A friend told me they were some time later when I almost forgot about it worth 500$. So I sold my 1.639, asap. Was very pleased, and soon after that it crashed to 1/10 of that, too.
But now, it's worth 7600$ this second, haha. Oh well, was still good profit%.

You're gonna want to do better than 1/6 of a bitcoin if you intend to trade or invest with them. My advice, buy a different crypto currency. There are many others that are starting to take off as well, they don't have the raw value of bitcoin, but will still net you profit. Owning 1 of something is better than owning 1/6 of something.
