You want to give people advice about making money, yet you beg for a mere 5fg for the bold topic title?

Like hell I'd take advice from you.

sorry that I haven't made any attempts to make fg yet heh, just wanted to have fun on this site because most of it seems great lol.

Few things:

because someone else is invested in it, doesnt necessarily qualify it as a good reason to buy the company.

for most people, proper saving techniques and investing in broad etfs/mutual funds (through a method of dollar cost averaging) would probably be better.

the donor forum, as others have mentioned, might be a better place.

I do like to be a contrarian occasionally - so maybe ill look into the company when i get a chance.

Thank you very much for the productive post! I have heard a lot about the donor forum and it sounds like the place to be. I just hope I can get in!

Interesting! I am actually only 20 right now, don't know a whole lot about 401k's but I am nearly positive that you can invest it. If you are interested in placing your money somewhere where you don't have to pay much attention to it and want steady growth, mutual funds are the way to go!

You'd all be fools to not invest your money into bacon flavored pencils.

Your company will give you options on where you can put that money.

In terms of steady growth, I would prefer ETFs due to the better tax benefits.
