I think we gotta see what fed does with interest rates . 30 year fixed is already touching 6% (almost) with properties still near record highs. I think something has to give, and soon, with these listing prices.

It's the same formula on repeat. They cause the inflation because they literally print money. When they want how much they want.

There are cycles crash the economy buy land, gold, brick and mortar from the desperate to survive people, farmers business owners etc. Print more money to stimulate the economy they don't want to truly crash and obliterate the working man they dangle low interest rates when times are good then raise them when they feel like it.

Transferring wealth untill the fed and the mega Corp own everything. It's a brilliant scam since the church figured out how to make promises of how they can get people into heaven through donation of coin and land.
