Webull is significantly better than IBKR, but still not as good as RH. As much as I hate to admit it, there's a reason RH is so popular. I can't even roll options a week out in WeBull. It was like 2 clicks in RH. Also doesn't seem like I can place a 50% profit order on my sold calls either....

Okay, now that I've had time to figure out all the ins and outs, I like IBKR better than WeBull. Although their tools are still ass.
IBKR has a software called Trader Workstation that you need to download to get full functionality. This is mentioned nowhere on your account as far as I can see. At least they don't mention that it's required for major features.

Honestly I think RH could make a killing by just contracting their UI design team to other brokers.

These brokers are full retard. Their mobile apps are so trash compared RH. I really don't understand how something so basic and common sense hasn't been adopted in 2021.

Good UX/UI is absolutely crucial to attracting Millennials and younger.

Like I have both TD and RH. When i just want to check something real quick 10/10 times RH is my go-to because it's so easy and smooth compared to TD mobile app nightmare.

It's critical to just being able to make moves. I had to sit for like 3 minutes googling how to find the options rollover feature just to find it in their workstation. There's no "tools" menu to find these things, it's not on the orders screen, not under trader tools. I genuinely can't figure out how to do it besides specifically searching "rollover tool".

I love having a rollover tool, it's like the most basic thing needed for selling options, but having to know it exists first to search it by name to find it makes no sense.

Also, real-time data requires like a 500 a year subscription from IBKR. Like, what? I can literally get that from google for free. It took me thirty minutes to write a python script toset up real-time market data from basically any source with 30 second resolution. They all have publically available APIs for that specific reason. Why would I ever pay for that?

I do.

But tos on mobile is still too busy and not as user friendly as RH. TOS is my go to when I’m on my pc

They probably pray on the uninformed. Alot of those older ui/ux were barrier for entry to most people. Milennials and newer gens are not about that life
