My personal opinion is simply that, because of bitcoin blowing up, cryptocurrency is still relevant. Bitcoin is like that last string hanging on, making something cool.

Bitcoin is getting hyped so more sheeps buy it and the early adopters can make profit. Kinda like https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-level_marketing that's why you see everyone so excited and hyping it. Value of Bitcoin is based on speculation and thin air. Bitcoin has no intrinsic value. Property does.

Investing in funds, ETF and property is the way to go.

Buy property and rent the rooms to students with a 1year leash, rent it to polish migrants, turn it into a bread and breakfast and let your gf/wife manage it, AirBnB. Many opportunities. Depending where you live. Need money to make money though and there's always risk.
