It's still in its infancy, and plenty of people have it already, I think you'd be surprised how much buying power would appear should whales decide to try and crash the market... not to mention the simple fact they stand much more to gain riding the wave than opposing it

And while Bitcoin might be eventually 'destroyed', the blockchain technology and likely some form of crypto currency is here to stay
