If that. No intellectual property, trash business model since most platforms you will be able to buy and play games on the cloud. The book value of their assets is a little over 300 million once you subtract out all of the liabilities. If you slap a 15x EBITDA multiple on it (very high for a company that's not stable or growing) and multiply it by their Q4 EBIDTA earnings, this company Enterprise value is like 15*111million=1.6 billion dollars + whatever debt they have.
Just some further back of the napkin valuation.
1.6 bil+1.1 debt= 2.7 Bil Enterprise value.
2.7billion/70mil shares outstanding is around 38.57 price per share.
