Vanguard is no longer the sole owner of the low fee index funds/etfs, you can find those at pretty much any brokerage these days. I’m not a user of either the two you’re asking about, but from my general reading on investing forums, people do not seem to be happy with VG customer service these days, while I never really see too many complaints about fidelity
