I've been scared/excited for this for a while. I'll be coming online with earnings as a doctor in around 6 years which is when it's really going to kick into high gear. So many houses are going to be coming into the market over the next decade and the prices are going to tank as long as you aren't in a super saturated area on the coast. Great time to buy. Just bide your time and save your money.

I don't buy stocks. I don't even own a house. When I will have enough assets, I might invest 5k in stocks.
